This is a delightful soup! The cornstarch give the broth a velvety texture and the lemon adds freshness. I made homemade broth by boiling the kale stems with garlic gloves, I used 2 cups of broth, 1 can of Cannelloni beans, a whole lemon and coarsely chopped dinosaur kale. YUM! Thank you for sharing this delicious heart soup.

I am not a fan of beans but this was delightful. Tasty and low calorie. I could eat this over and over again.
