Thousand thumbs up for this absolutely YUMMY GRANOLA....I made a 4 recipe batch yesterday with plans to take it to our upcoming family reunion. After seeing and tasting the results I'm making the same amount today because it will simply DISAPPEAR in no time flat and I want everyone to get some. CRUNCHY DELICIOUSNESS! BTW they are like crunchy granola bars if you don't break them up small :) I'd give this 10 stars if that was an option!

In reply to Carol. Thank you Carol. So glad you are enjoying it! I end up having to hide homemade granola out of sight too as otherwise it's hands in the jar every-time I'm in the kitchen! I think date syrup would work well in it although it will change the flavour a bit and I'm not sure how it would work with creating clumpiness. I've never tried using it in granola. However it turns out it will be more than edible though so worth a shot! Good luck. ????

This is delicious! I want to try it with a sugar that is better for you according to Dr. Greger.
So I may try it with date syrup next time. But it is awesome, and I had to hide it from me so I wouldn't munch on it!
