I have made this Soup last weekend and all I can say is that I loved it. The flavor and texture was just soul pleasing. I don't know how else I can describe it. It just made me happy. Completely warm and happy.

In reply to Cyrus. A serving size would be an 1/8th of the total recipe. I work out the servings from however many bowls we got from the batch when we were eating it and in this case it was 8. That would be pretty large servings though. Our bowls are a nice size!
