VEGAN HUMMINGBIRD CAKE

It's fluffy, super sweet & bursting with banana, pineapple and pecans!

Gather your ingredients:

and the frosting:

first:

mash the banana

then:

add the rest of the wet ingredients

and:

mix the dry ingredients together in another bowl

then:

mix the wet with the dry  & add ½ the pecans

and:

spoon into pans, bake  then cool completely

then:

make the cream  cheese frosting

and:

smother those cakes  in it!

decorate with pecans
