Violife will be fine. I've made this recipe with it successfully. Tofutti gives slightly better results which is why I recommend using it if possible, but it's still great with Violife. Hope you enjoy it!

We don't have Kite Hill here so I've never tried it. I wouldn't eat Tofutti as it is on a bagel or cracker, but it really is great in this recipe so if you can get it I recommend it. Then you know it will turn out perfect. It's really thick glossy texture is just perfect for recipes like this.
