What can I substitute for the almond flour....allergies to almonds.

Absolutely delicious! I love this Egg Scramble. To me, it tastes better than what I remember of actual eggs, particularly when I know this is such healthier. I used Extra Firm tofu because I like my eggs cooked well.

In reply to Gerry. You can omit the ground almonds Gerry. It won't affect how the recipe works. They are there to add a bit of buttery richness, but it doesn't make a huge difference if you don't add them. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
