Delicious! And although there are a lot of steps they are quick and easy and definitely not what I'd call high maintenance (like the last commenter said).

Super high maintenance recipe. Blender, oven, stove, a million ingredients, mixing bowl, aquafaba to dredge..? Mine too tasted too ketchupy and I followed the recipe. The pretty pictures were nice but definitely won’t make again.

I didn't care for the tofu, a little tasteless. The next time I made it I substituted Worthington brand Loma Linda FriChik Origional, sliced. Really delicious on brown rice. I sprinkles cashews on top.
I really appreciate your recipes and check them out each time I receive one.

I made this recipe tonight with canned pineapple and some Jasmine rice.

I made this recipe the other night and we loved it. My husband especially like the baked tofu because fried foods upset his stomach. The fresh pineapple really made a difference. Thank you for including the individual recipes for the tofu and sweet & sour sauce in this one recipe.
